++++++ Important update on 2025 SF Kingsday Edition ++++++
Please see below message about 2025 edition:
On behalf of the SF Oranje Comité we regretfully have to inform you that SF Kingsday 2025 will not take place. Due to circumstances we had to make the tough decision to cancel the event for this year. It was not an easy choice to make, considering the impact and joy that a Kingsday event always brings to everyone.
It also shows how dependent we are on every support to make it happen every year.
A big thank you to all our partners that supported us in all the preparations for this year and we hope to see you all in 2026.

The Dutch community in San Francisco is celebrating the annual celebration that traditionally colors the Netherlands orange: King’s Day! Dutch King’s Day San Francisco is a day where we celebrate the birthday of the Dutch King, Willem Alexander van Oranje. You can call it a phenomenal street party where a crowd of over 3,000 young and old, has “orange fever.” There is music, multiple ‘Typically Dutch’ activities and food trucks who offering “typically” Dutch delicacies. Dutch King’s Day San Francisco is a day not just for Dutch expats or Dutch Americans, but a celebration to share with the Dutch San Francisco Bay Area community, and beyond.
